Please proceed with the following:

1. You need to inform / visit your IEHP Primary care doctor ( PCP ) about your condition/Complaint.
2. When your PCP determines your need for Chiropractic care then will send authorization Request to IEHP referral desk.
3. The IEHP referral desk will email our office with your information and your doctor’s request.
4. Please make sure to mention our office name.
